Submit a ticket from your login page (you get a control panel once you register with us). This is the best way to send us your question because every question is getting tracked by our system. All communication is through the control panel. Once an update is made, we get immediately updated by email. We highly recommend to use this method of communication.
Log in to your admin area and submit a ticket:
a) Click on the Login menu at the upper-right corner.
b) Enter the email and password you used to register.
c) Once you are logged in, select Help Desk.
d) On the help Desk page, select Write New Message to open a new ticket.
e) Write a message for your particular order and press Add Your Feedback. Now you can login to your admin area and see the ticket you created. Once our support staff has an answer, you will receive an email telling you to login to your admin area to see the reply.
